New Melones Lake among their favorites for its excellent trout, bass, crappie

including deer, fox, coyote, beaver, otter, and raccoon can be seen along New

HOUSEBOAT
BOARDING INFORMATION WEEKEND: boarding time is between 2 pm and 5 pm Friday (as
boat is available) to 9 am Monday OR 2 pm and 5 pm Saturday to 6 pm Monday.
HOLIDAY WEEKEND: boarding time is between 2 pm and 5 pm Friday (as boat is
available) to 6 pm Monday (Subject to availability & seasonal
restrictions). MID-WEEK: boarding time is between 2 pm and 5 pm Monday (as boat
is available) to 9 am Friday or between 2 pm and 5 pm Tuesday to 9 am Saturday
WEEKLY: boarding time is between 2 pm and 5 pm Friday (as boat is available)
through Tuesday to 9 am of the same day the following week. ADDITIONAL DAYS ARE
SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY AND SEASONAL RESTRICTIONS. PLEASE CALL FOR MORE
INFORMATION ON THOSE RATES. A $500.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED WITHIN SEVEN
DAYS OF BOOKING FOR A CONFIRMED RESERVATION. THE FULL RENTAL AMOUNT WILL BE DUE
SEVENTY FIVE DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE OF ARRIVAL. YOUR DEPOSIT WILL BE HELD AS A
SECURITY FOR THE RETURN OF THE BOAT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVE IT AND
WILL BE FULLY REFUNDABLE UPON COMPLETION OF YOUR TRIP, PROVIDED NO DAMAGE
OCCURS. CANCELLATION POLICY: WE WILL REFUND YOUR DEPOSIT IN FULL, LESS A
$200.00 SERVICE CHARGE,IF YOU GIVE US A MINIMUM OF SEVENTY FIVE DAYS NOTICE OF
CANCELLATION. IF YOU GIVE US FORTY FIVE DAYS NOTICE, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR
$500.00 SECURITY DEPOSIT. IF YOU GIVE US LESS THAN FORTY FIVE DAYS NOTICE, YOU
WILL FORFEIT THE FULL RENTAL AMOUNT, BUT THE $500 DEPOSIT WILL BE RETURNED.

full, less a $200.00 service charge, if you give us a minimum of 75 days notice
of cancellation. If you give us 45 days notice, you will forfeit your $500.00

full rental amount, but the $500 deposit will be returned. |
